How to Read .sav Files in R

The .sav files are files from the SPSS software and we can treat them in R with the “haven” library as follows:.

# The easiest way to get haven is to install the whole tidyverse:
install.packages("tidyverse")

library(haven)

# SPSS
write_sav(mtcars, "mtcars.sav")
read_sav("mtcars.sav")
